ELEAGUE Group F Recap
The regular season of ELEAGUE Season 1 is over with the sixth group concluding and we take a look at Group F's matchups and eye-catching performances.
Group F featured Envy who are now only the second best team in France, Mihail "Dosia" Stolyarov's Gambit, the middling Virtus.pro, and Complexity who have two Brits among their ranks.
Envy finished the group as the #1 seed as they only dropped a single match. The Frenchmen beat Gambit 16-13 on Dust2 and 16-9 on Cobblestone as Dan "apEX" Madesclaire averaged a 1.44 rating and had a 55:34 score in total.

The lurking Vincent "Happy" Schopenhauer's team also managed to stop Complexity as Nathan "NBK-" Schmitt & co. took Train 16-12 and grabbed Cobblestone 16-9. Kenny "kennyS" Schrub was surreal in both matches, unlike Kia "Surreal" Man, as the French player posted 1.50 and 1.87 ratings, respectively.
Envy' only loss came in overtime against Virtus.pro on Mirage. The Poles managed to snatch the match 19-16 with Janusz "Snax" Pogorzelski's 33:23 performance. NBK- and apEX took charge in the second match, bringing Cache to their team 16-11.
The statistical leaders of Group F
Virtus.pro ended up with the second seed after beating Complexity twice and splitting maps with Gambit. Snax averaged a 1.40 rating against Complexity who Virtus.pro defeated 16-7 on Overpass and 16-11 on Cobblestone.
Dmitry "hooch" Bogdanov's 25:14 performance on Nuke gave Virtus.pro their second loss but Jarosław "pashaBiceps" Jarząbkowski & company recovered to take Train 16-9 with Wiktor "TaZ" Wojtas leading the way with a 1.30 rating.
Gambit and Complexity met to decide the third placed team and the North American team took Cache despite a fierce Dosia who had a 34:24 score. Gambit secured Train 16-13 and took the third seed with Rustem "mou" Telepov's brilliant showing.
The Polish veteran had some incredible map performances
Both semi-finals were blowouts as the lower seeded teams couldn't put up a proper fight, which seemed like a child versus man combat for the spectators. Envy won 2-0 against Complexity as all their players posted ratings more than 1.10 while Virtus.pro knocked Gambit out with TaZ's commanding 43:21 score.
kennyS put on a vintage spectacle in the grand final against Virtus.pro, delivering a 44:22 score and a 1.42 rating in his team's 2-0 victory. pashaBiceps's effort to stop Envy was not supported by his team and Envy became the sixth team to earn a spot in the ELEAGUE playoffs.
Group F MVP:Kenny "kennyS" Schrub
kennyS led every player in his group with a 1.26 rating across four maps as his team cruised to victory. He had 0.83 kills per round, highest in his group, and had the least deaths per round with 0.56.
kennyS delivered
The French player got 0.12 opening kills per round and had a success rate of 78.6%, second-highest success rate in the first season of ELEAGUE, so far. When we also take into account his showing in the grand final, Envy look more stronger prior to Major than they did a month ago.
